provided upon request.
4. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month quality warranty from the shipment date. In case of defects, we can send replacement parts for repair, or you
may return the watch to us for service.

Yes. We provide custom gift boxes in materials like wood, paper, or PU leather, tailored to your needs.
6. How do you protect client designs?
We fully respect client confidentiality and intellectual property. An NDA can be signed before project initiation. Our factory is
monitored 24/7 by CCTV, and photography is strictly prohibited in workshops.
7. What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on order quantity and destination. We can provide a detailed quote upon request. If you have your own
freight agent in China, we can also ship to them.

confidential. We can act as your logistics warehouse.
